Return policy

This policy applies to printed guides purchased directly from Vunarexxuoquezlo.

Inspection period

You may return unused guides within fourteen days of delivery if packaging seals are intact. Digital summaries provided after coaching are not returnable once sent.

Condition

Items must arrive back without writing, folds, or water damage. We photograph returns on arrival to document condition.

Shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged before opening. Keep tracking information until the return is logged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of receiving the goods. Banking timelines may add additional days.
