Contact form submissions include your name, email address, and message content. Coaching notes created during paid work are stored separately with your agreement. Technical logs from hosting may include IP address, browser type, and timestamps.

We process contact details to respond to inquiries (legitimate interest in operating the service, and contract where you purchase coaching or guides). Consent is collected where required, such as optional marketing, which is not enabled by default on this site.

Storage and retention

Emails are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation unless a longer period is required for accounting or disputes. Local browser storage may remember your cookie preference; you can clear it through browser settings.

Sharing

Data processors may include email and hosting providers bound by contract. We do not sell personal data. Maps are embedded from Google; their terms apply when you load the map.

Your rights

Under applicable EU/EEA law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where relevant, and you may object to certain processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

Children

Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
